​Quick Start Guide 

Aggressive Meditation was created as my own state control method to consistently achieve goals. It was refined and customized over several years, and continues to evolve. It incorporates 3 main phases and leverages visual and auditory stimuli that is beneficial for a number of reasons.
The idea here is to leverage several controllable factors in tandem to create a powerful physiological and psychological effect. More detail here.
