We've all heard it, but it is vital to your success. Find one that really means something.
For Your Fitness Goal
Everyone who is working out has a fitness goal in mind which is why you are there in the first place. Whether that be lose fat, build muscle, tone, etc.
With Aggressive Meditation we are going to take that fitness goal and learn to visualize it in a way in which you can vividly see the end result.
For example:
Instead of thinking and saying "I want to weigh 205", create a vivid image of what that will look like. Imagine the numbers on your home scale. Imagine what the room around you looks like. Imagine what your body looks like when you weigh in. Imagine which pair of underwear you are wearing when you step on the scale. You get the point. Get very vivid with your vision.
Once you establish this scene in your head, revisit the same vision over and over until you reach that goal. An affirmation talk track I commonly use: “Although I may not be able to see the path I can vividly see the fucking finish line. I will stop focusing on trying to control the moves on the chess board and instead focus on the end goal”.
Sounds like hippie bullshit, but it works.

You will do the same thing as your Fitness Goal.

I want to get that promotion at work. Instead of thinking about what the job is and the amount of extra money you will earn, think about what is happening at the exact moment you learn you get the promotion. Maybe it is at a company meeting, maybe it is through an email. Create a vivid scene in your mind of what this will look like. Get as detailed as possible. Sounds crazy but it works.
For example:
I want to get that promotion at work.
